Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
In our family these are also called vacation cookies. Since I can remember we have always made a batch of these and take them on vacation with us. My guess is because not only are they so good but they keep really well in a plastic container.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup Butter or Margarine (softened)
3/4 cup Sugar
3/4 cup Peanut Butter
4/4 cup Light Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
2.5 + 1/8 cups Flour
1 1/8 tsp Baking Soda
3/4 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 bag Chocolate Chips
